Very very much rude ! They misspelled my co signer name and got mad because i was asking when will it be done the lady got smart saying it’s my fault because we should have looked over it but on the bill of sale the name it spelled correctly very unprofessional hung up in my face because she got smart and i got smart back that lady at the front desk

It was great they put me in a great car
If I could leave no stars that's exactly what I'd do!! My son got a car from here and not even 3 months later it broke down on him and it was a blown head gasket. We were told they put a brand new motor in it. Well not 3 months after he's gotten it back it broke down again. Mind you he paid 1700 dollars for the insurance or whatever on it. When we took it back to them this last time they said there was a knock sensor recall cause that's exactly what happened to it so they sent it to Hyundai and they said it wasn't a recall on it and now he's being charged like 800 dollars. Oh and we are now also being told it was a rebuilt motor they put in the first time. I honestly got told oh it was new to the car!! Like what?? Seriously do not go to them they have literally ripped my son off! Won't even let him trade it in for something that's not gonna break down every 3 months! He's got a baby that was born very premature August 29th and is still in the hospital but will be out finally soon! He needs a dependable car for his son and wife! I will be telling everyone I know not to come here!! I'm sorry I had to do this bad review but I'm furious! My son daughter in law and grandbaby needs a safe way of going so they are safe. If something happens to any of them I will SUE!! At the very least they should have paid for it to be fixed again but nope!! RIP OFFS!!
